We are mainly a democratic Republican and a bit of oligarchy. When a leader retires there will be a new leader but the election Can only be voted by Soldiers, Moderator, Owner, Cpwarriorful and 12p345. if the vote is a tie then, We have to ask other Armies about who should be promoted. So does our Government. Here’s the rank of our Government.
President :Cpwarriorful
A president is a leader of an organization, company, club, or country
a president is one who presides, who sits in leadership . Originally, the term referred to the presiding officer of a ceremony or meeting (i.e.,chairman), but today it most commonly refers to an official. Among other things, “President” today is a common title for the heads of site of most republic, whether popularly elected, chosen by the Legislature
Vice President: Cleo68014
in government, a vice president is a person whose primary responsibility is to replace the president on the event of his or her death, resignation or incapacity. Vice presidents are either elected jointly with the president as his or her Running mate elected separately, or appointed independently after the president’s election

The Ambassador is able to decide the future of outlaws. They can only Punish someone with the approval of the President or the vice President.
Executive Branch
They are one who approve The Laws.
The Executive arm is the part of government that has sole authority andresponsibility for the daily administration of the state.[1] The executive branch executes the law. The division of power into separate branches of government is central to the idea of the separation of powers.[2]
In many countries, the term “government” connotes only the executive branch. However, this usage fails to differentiate between despotic and democratic forms of government. In authoritarian systems, such as a dictatorship or absolute monarchy, where the different powers of government are assumed by one person or small oligarchy, the executive branch ceases to exist since there is no other branch with which to share separate but equal governmental powers.
The “Judiciary” (also known as the judicial system) is the system of courtsthat interprets and applies the law in the name of the state. The judiciary also provides a mechanism for the resolution of disputes. Under the doctrine of theseparation of powers, the judiciary generally does not make law (that is, in a plenary fashion, which is the responsibility of the legislature) or enforce law (which is the responsibility of the executive), but rather interprets law and applies it to the facts of each case. This branch of the state is often tasked with ensuringequal justice under law. It usually consists of a court of final appeal (called the “Supreme court” or “Constitutional court”), together with lower courts.
In many jurisdictions the judicial branch has the power to change laws through the process of judicial review. Courts with judicial review power may annul the laws and rules of the state when it finds them incompatible with a higher norm, such as primary legislation, the provisions of the constitution or international law. Judges constitute a critical force for interpretation and implementation of a constitution, thus de facto in common law countries creating the body of constitutional law.
During last decades the judiciary became active in economic issues related with economic rights established by constitution because “economics may provide insight into questions that bear on the proper legal interpretation”.[3] Since many a country with a transitional political and economic system continues treating its constitution as an abstract legal document disengaged from the economic policy of the state, practice of judicial review of economic acts of executive and legislative branches began to grow.
Budget of the judiciary in many transitional and developing countries is almost completely controlled by the executive. The latter undermines the separation of powers, as it creates a critical financial dependence of the judiciary. The proper national wealth distribution including the government spending on the judiciary is subject of the constitutional economics. It is important to distinguish between the two methods of corruption of the judiciary: the state (through budget planning and various privileges), and the private.[5]
The term “judiciary” is also used to refer collectively to the personnel, such as judges, magistrates and other adjudicators, who form the core of a judiciary (sometimes referred to as a “bench”), as well as the staffs who keep the system running smoothly.
Legislative Branch
A Legislature is a kind of deliberative assembly with the power to pass, amend, and repeal laws.[1] The law created by a legislature is called legislation or statutory law. In addition to enacting laws, legislatures usually have exclusive authority to raise or lowertaxes and adopt the budget and other money bills. Legislatures are known by many names, the most common being parliament and congress, although these terms also have more specific meanings.
In parliamentary systems of government, the legislature is formally supreme and appoints a member from its house as the prime minister which acts as the executive.[2]In a presidential system, according to the separation of powers doctrine, the legislature is considered an independent and coequal branch of government along with both thejudiciary and the executive.[3]
The primary components of a legislature are one or more chambers or houses: assemblies that can debate and vote upon bills. A legislature with only one house is called unicameral. A bicameral legislature possesses two separate chambers, usually described as an upper house and a lower house, which often differ in duties, powers, and the methods used for the selection of members. Much rarer have been tricamerallegislatures; the Massachusetts Governor’s Council still exists, but the most recent national example existed.
